Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad The role involves interacting with US/UK customers and assisting them with their queries through voice, chat and email. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills who can confidently understand, communicate and resolve customer queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable pronunciation, grammar and sentence formation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 20,000 to 38,000 CTC per month
- Performance incentives starting from approximately 2,000
- Night-shift allowance of approximately 5,000 to 7,000, as applicable
- Night-shift pick-up and drop/cab facility, as applicable
