Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Assist with orders, delivery, cancellations, refunds and general queries
- Maintain qualified communication with customers
- Follow quality standards and process guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
