We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Customer Care Manager to lead our front-desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the face of our center, ensuring every walk-in customer receives exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing the reception team, streamlining visitor flow, resolving onsite concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the front-office staff to ensure professional, welcoming, and productive service.
- Walk-in Experience: Manage the end-to-end walk-in process, from initial greeting to conflict resolution and query closure.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all center protocols are followed.
- Problem Solving: Address high-pressure situations or escalated customer grievances with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Data Reporting: Monitor footfall, wait times, and customer feedback to drive service improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
