Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
- 12th pass candidates may apply for eligible positions
- English Hindi Regional Language proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction
- Relevant experience in Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Support, Banking Sales, Field Sales or Insurance Sales will be preferred
- For experienced openings, minimum 6 months of relevant experience may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and/or email
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Follow company processes and quality guidelines
- Handle customer interactions professionally
- Support sales and business-related activities where required
- Follow up with customers when necessary
- Meet assigned quality, productivity and business targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Salary
Salary Range: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per months
Take Home: ₹22,500 – ₹24,500 per month
