Job Requirements :
Experience : 1-4 Years
Qualification : Minimum 12th/ PUC Pass
Work Location : Vemagal, Kolar Dist, Karnataka.
6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
Languages Required : English & Hindi (Mandatory) Any regional language
Voice Process - Both Inbound and Outbound
Work Timings : 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Dial Outbound calls as per the assigned database and target.
- Adhere to provided call Script & questionnaire.
- Identify the escalation calls, register the complaint and escalate it to the next in line.
- Document the feedback/issues raised by the Plumbers/DSM/Dealer & Distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term connections between the company and its clients (Plumbers and Distributors) to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and update CRM after each call.
- Schedule callbacks/appointments using our internal CRM.
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively address customer/channel inquiries and resolve.
- Work closely with the Branding, Logistics, Production and Warehouse teams to complete the tasks on agreed SLA.
- Follow up on the pending requirements.
- Maintain customer information confidentiality.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly expected calling targets.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
