Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Care Executives / Calling Executives for our team in Sector 142, Noida. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates with relevant calling experience are welcome to apply.

The role involves handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate information, following up with customers/leads, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with customers and leads through calls.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team when required.
- Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility & Skills




- Freshers can apply with good verbal communication skills.
- Experienced candidates should have minimum 6 months of calling/telecalling experience.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call-related records.
- Willingness to work in the assigned shift.

Shift Timings

Candidates may be required to work in any of the following shifts:

- 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
