Position Title: CCE Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. ? Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient calls Provide information about Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and consultation process Schedule and confirm doctor appointments Guide patients regarding treatment packages and hospital services Maintain patient data in hospital management/CRM system Follow up with patients for feedback and treatment updates Coordinate with doctors and internal departments for smooth service Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality ? Required Skills Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Empathy and patient-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, hospital software) Ability to handle sensitive health-related information Target-oriented and positive attitude ?
