- Reach out to founders and decision-makers
- Handle LinkedIn/email outreach and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and book sales meetings
- Maintain basic CRM and pipeline records

Compensation Month 1: Commission-based
Month 2 onwards: Stipend + performance incentives
