About the RoleWe are looking for a Curriculum Development Intern to help structure mythology-based learning modules and character-building curricula for children aged 5–12.

You will work on translating story narratives into structured learning materials, extracting timeless values and life lessons, connecting them to modern-day challenges faced by children, and building explicit, engaging lesson modules.

What You'll Do

- Extract core values, emotional intelligence insights, and life lessons from provided story narratives
- Connect story-based concepts to modern-day real-world challenges faced by children (e.g., peer pressure, resilience, decision-making)
- Structure lesson modules into clear learning flows (story → insight → activity → reflection)
- Design structured, visually clean lesson presentations and learning materials to deliver lessons effectively
- Create interactive activities, discussion prompts, and reflection exercises for classroom delivery
- Ensure content is clear, simple, engaging, and age-appropriate for children aged 5–12
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to iterate and refine curriculum materials based on feedback

What We're Looking For
- Strong ability to structure, organize, and simplify complex information into clear learning paths
- Genuine interest in storytelling, education, child development, or character building
- Clear, effective written communication skills with strong logical thinking




- High attention to detail and content organization
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and iterate based on feedback

Good to Have
- Experience with Canva for visual content and lesson material creation
- Familiarity with AI and creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Flow
- Interest in or familiarity with Indian mythology stories and timeless folklore
- Prior experience in curriculum design, content creation, teaching, or instructional design
