SYNIGENCE GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for qualified and experienced CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspectors for a project in Dahej, Gujarat.

? Position: CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector

? Location: Dahej, Gujarat

? Openings: 2

⏳ Duration: 6 Months | Extendable up to 1 Year

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

? Experience: 5–8 Years

? Certification: CSWIP 3.1 – Mandatory

? Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and visual inspection as per approved drawings, specifications and procedures.
- Review WPS/PQR, welder qualifications and welding documentation.
- Monitor fit-up, welding activities, preheating/interpass temperature and consumable control.
- Verify weld quality and coordinate NDT/inspection activities.
- Maintain inspection reports,



weld records and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, production and client/inspection teams.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

- Valid CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification.
- 5–8 years of relevant welding inspection / QA-QC experience.
- Valuable knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication and applicable codes/standards.
- Candidates with relevant industrial, fabrication or Oil & Gas experience will be preferred.
