Role Definition

Leads, coordinates, and implements multiple global social programs to promote Corporate Social Responsibility and organizational presence in communities consistent with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

- Working with local stakeholders to engage and amplify the efforts of the organization.

- Obtaining relevant information for successful implementation from organizations, such as program, risk and reputational details, budget, and marketing goals.

- Evaluating programs for compatibility with public relations efforts and communicating and reporting for senior management.

- Observing social, economic, and political trends that might have an effect on the organization, and making recommendations to enhance the organizations image based on those trends.

Location: Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

Degree Requirement

Preferred - Full time degree in MSW (URCD, FCW, MPSW), or equivalent education with relevant field & corporate experience of 10-15 years

- Social Responsibility: Knowledge of what social responsibility means to the organization and the ability to align socially responsibility-related initiatives with business strategy to build a sustainable business model.

- Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
