: CSR PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

- Location: IITM Research Park, Taramani, Chennai

Key Responsibilities: 1. CSR Project Coordination

- Track the progress of ongoing CSR projects against agreed timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Engineering and Marketing to ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Follow up with government/municipal stakeholders and implementation partners on project requirements, approvals and pending actions.
- Maintain project trackers and regularly update the status of key activities, risks and dependencies.

2. Donor Management & Reporting

- Support regular communication and coordination with CSR teams, foundations and donors for ongoing projects.
- Prepare periodic project updates, presentations and donor reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect project data, photographs, testimonials and other information required for donor reporting.
- Track donor reporting timelines, commitments and project deliverables to ensure timely closure.
- Support donor review meetings, site visits and other engagement activities.

3. Impact Measurement & Documentation

- Track project KPIs and impact metrics such as beneficiaries reached, workers trained, pipeline inspected, defects identified/resolved, water savings and other project-specific outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support preparation of impact reports, case studies and project success stories.
- Assist with baseline/endline assessments and third-party impact assessments wherever required.

4. Project Sustainability & Closure

- Track the status of projects beyond implementation and support continued engagement with key stakeholders.
- Support development of post-project sustainability plans to ensure continued utilisation and impact of deployed solutions.




- Identify opportunities for continued adoption, scale-up or expansion of successful CSR projects.
- Support project closure activities including final reports, documentation, impact data and donor deliverables.

5. CSR Operations & Internal Coordination

- Maintain a central repository of project agreements, reports, trackers, impact data and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with the Finance team on project-related financial information and documentation required for donor reporting.
- Provide project updates, data and case studies to the fundraising team to support future proposals and donor conversations.
- Support other CSR initiatives and activities as required.

Role Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience

- Graduation in any relevant discipline such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Sustainability, Public Policy, Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CSR, social impact, development sector, project coordination or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with corporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs or government/municipal stakeholders is preferred.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
