Key Responsibilities
~Handle customer queries from US and UK customers through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
~Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
~Ensure customer satisfaction by providing explicit information and appropriate resolutions.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: 20,000 - 38,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: 5,000 - 7,000
- Pick & Drop Cab Facility available
