Location: IDA Bollaram, Near Miyapur, Sangareddy, Telangana Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Shift: General Shift Openings: 1 Gender Preference: Male Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Job RoleWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer communication and ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation until material delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer communication after the order is received. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery status.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time material delivery . Regularly follow up with customers and internal departments. Inform customers promptly if there is any delay in delivery. Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records.

Follow up on invoice receipt and material delivery confirmation.



Support the Sales team by monitoring leads and customer requirements. Maintain proper follow-up records using Excel / Google Sheets. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely communication.

Required

SkillsGood English communication and email drafting skills. Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Robust follow-up and coordination skills. Good customer-handling skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred.
