Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage customer relationships, follow up with leads and existing customers, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

- Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries professionally.

- Follow up with new leads and existing customers regularly.

- Track leads from enquiry to conversion and maintain proper follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other departments as required.

- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and sales status in the CRM.

- Monitor pending customer requirements and ensure timely closure.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.





- Monitor lead conversion, follow-up status, and customer feedback.

- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, or appointments when required.

- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, services, and updates.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and company information.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a related role.

- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.

- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and CRM software.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
