- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

- Explain products/services, offers, and relevant information to customers.

- Generate recent leads through calling and follow up with existing leads.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.

- Schedule appointments, meetings, or product/service demonstrations when required.

- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.

- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for lead conversion and customer requirements.

- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information or solutions.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly calling and lead reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
