Role Description The CRM, ERP and HRMS Platform Onboarding & Technical Support Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding educational institutions through onboarding to Eduvy’s CRM, ERP, and HRMS platforms, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration support, and user training. The associate will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with internal product and engineering teams for resolutions, and ensure timely communication with clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing support tickets, documenting solutions, conducting product demos, assisting with workflow optimization,



and helping institutions adopt platform features effectively to improve their operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize platform configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct training sessions, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to support upselling of platform features, nurture long-term client relationships, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle onboarding timelines, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and deliver implementations within agreed milestones.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM/HRM systems, or education technology solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and document processes in a clear and organized manner.
- Familiarity with basic SQL, APIs, or system integrations, and a customer-centric approach to problem solving is an added advantage.
