: We are hiring an energetic and energetic CRM Executive for our Blended Process (Inbound/Outbound Calls, Chat, and Email support). If you have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries, feedback, and escalations via Voice, Chat, and Email. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right CRM tools and methods. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and resolve issues in a timely manner. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Eligibility & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in customer service / CRM (Voice/Blended process). Education: HSC (12th Pass) & Above / Graduate. Excellent ENGLISH.
Age Limit: 21 – 33 Years. Language Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English. Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts. Shift & Working Days: Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs. Shift Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
