We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Crew Operations professional to join the Crew Operations team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for planning and coordinating crew changes, managing vessel and crew requirements, coordinating with manning offices and port agents, and ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant crew operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate crew changes in line with vessel schedules and operational requirements.

- Coordinate with vessels, crew members, manning offices, port agents, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth crew movements.

- Arrange and monitor crew travel, accommodation, transfers, and other logistics associated with crew changes.

- Manage crew joining and sign-off formalities and ensure timely completion of required arrangements.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding seafarer documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements

- Provide operational support for crew medical cases

, including coordination with vessels, agents, medical providers, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, documentation, and operational reports

.

- Support vessel inspections, audits, and compliance requirements related to crew operations.

- Monitor crew-related operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.





- Ensure all crew operations are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and vessel requirements.

- Maintain effective communication with vessels, crew, manning offices, agents, and internal teams throughout the crew management process.

Key Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Crew Operations / Crew Management.

- Experience with mainfleet or offshore vessels is preferred.

- Strong experience in crew change planning and execution

- Positive understanding of vessel and crew coordination processes.

- Experience coordinating with manning offices and port agents

.

- Strong knowledge of crew travel, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.

- Familiarity with seafarer documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements

.

- Experience handling crew medical cases and operational support

.

- Strong understanding of crew records, vessel inspections, and audit requirements.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities.
