Manager Credit

Location: PAN India | Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Department: Credit | Travel: Occasionally

Key Responsibilities

- Credit Quality: Ensure adherence to senior management’s credit standards.

- Credit Appraisal: Conduct underwriting, maintain appraisal quality, and meet TAT targets.

- Borrower Interaction: Meet applicants for personal riskbased assessments.

- Training: Provide structured training to internal teams and channel partners.

- Screening: Preliminary borrower profile checks to maintain input quality.

- Policy Implementation: Apply and monitor credit processes and policies.

- Fraud Prevention: Conduct document checks, fraud risk analysis, and monitor delinquency ratios.

- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships effectively.

- Mortgage Knowledge: Apply industry knowledge to mitigate risks.





- Process Improvement: Recommend policy adjustments and implement risk management tools.

- Customer Service: Drive excellence in service delivery and interdepartmental collaboration.

- Team Management: Motivate teams, foster relationships, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any field; MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.

Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.

- Robust communication and report writing skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications.

- Analytical mindset, selfmotivated, and resultoriented.

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
