About the Role We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our Banking & Financial Services sales team. The candidate will generate leads, approach potential customers, explain credit card features and benefits, convert leads into successful applications and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities • Generate leads through calling, references, field activities and other sales channels.

- Approach potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, offers and other terms clearly.
- Convert prospective customers into successful credit card applications.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and approval.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, applications and conversions.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Follow company policies, banking guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Ensure professional customer interaction and avoid any kind of mis-selling.

- Good Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.
