Project Manager, Client Fulfilment (Dubai/Bangalore, on-site)

About us

We are a launch agency for B2B/B2C SaaS companies. We make founder-led launch videos and run the distribution behind them, influencer amplification, exec posting, and launch-day coordination. Our clients are funded startups in the US and Europe, and our launches have driven tens of millions of views for companies like Wispr Flow, Airtable, Lindy, and others. We are small, fast, and everything ships at a premium standard.

The role

You will run client fulfilment end-to-end across multiple live launch video projects at once. This is a generalist role, closer to an account lead at a small agency than a classic corporate PM. Some days you are scripting or reviewing copy, some days you are pushing editors and designers to hit a timeline, some days you are on a call walking a client through a script. You are the person clients hear from, and the person internally who makes sure nothing slips.

What you will own

- Manage 4 to 6 live client projects simultaneously, each on a 5 to 6 week arc: concept, script lock, shoot, post-production, launch
- Keep every project on timeline, chasing editors, animators, designers and creators so delivery dates hold
- First pass on creative work: scripts, storyboards, copy, edit reviews, before it goes to the client
- Day-to-day client communication: feedback loops, review calls, expectation setting, keeping one consolidated round of revisions per stage
- Production coordination: shoot logistics, crew booking, locations, speaker coaching schedules




- Influencer and creator coordination around launch day: lists, briefs, vetoes, posting schedules
- Internal hygiene: CRM and project tracker updates, delivery checklists, flagging scope creep early

What we are looking for

- At least 1 year managing multiple content or client projects at the same time, agency side or at a startup
- Or you led growth at a startup, or ran projects in e-commerce, and you are used to owning outcomes without a playbook
- You write well and can judge writing. You can look at a script or a post and know what is wrong with it
- You are comfortable talking to founders and senior marketing stakeholders, and you can push back politely when a timeline request is unrealistic
- Extremely organised. You run your own tracking system and nothing lives only in your head
- Based in Duba/Bangalorei (or willing to relocate). We work from a Dubai and Bangalore office, and this role needs to be close to the work. Relocation only available for Bangalore.
- Comfortable with odd hours; our clients are mostly US-based
