- Creative Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans tailored to creative deliverables, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for creative teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end production cycles for creative assets, including print, digital, and multimedia • Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between creative teams and other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, or external clients).
- Ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives across all projects.
- Schedule regular check-ins with design and production teams to track progress and address bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review creative outputs (e.g., designs, videos,

- Coordinate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to creative teams for revisions.
- Conduct final checks to confirm deliverables are print- or web-ready as required.
- Resource and Timeline Management:

- Candidate with at least 10-12 years of hands-on experience on static and animated content creation • Creative Process Development:
- Refine and document creative workflows, from briefing to final delivery, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement tools and processes for tracking creative requests, approvals, and revisions.
- Stay updated on best practices in creative project management and integrate them into daily operations.
