About the Role

Our Client, one of India's leading consumer tech brands, is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end production of video content — from understanding the creative brief and planning the production to directing shoots, managing post-

production and delivering the final output.

The role is execution-focused and requires someone who understands production deeply, has a strong visual eye, can confidently direct shoots and is comfortable managing teams, vendors, timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the complete production lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery.

● Plan and execute video shoots across multiple formats and platforms.

● Develop production plans, shot lists, schedules, PPMs and shoot briefs based on approved creative direction.

● Direct shoots independently and ensure the creative direction is executed effectively on set.

● Work closely with DOPs, talent, art teams, stylists, editors and production teams.

● Guide talent on performance, blocking, expressions and delivery wherever required.

● Have a solid understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movement and overall visual execution.

● Ensure all required shots, angles and variations are captured during production.

● Take quick creative and production decisions and troubleshoot challenges on set.

● Manage studios, locations, equipment, props, sets, talent and other production requirements.

● Coordinate with external production houses, DOPs, freelancers and vendors.

● Manage production timelines, budgets and resources efficiently.

● Work closely with editors, motion designers and 3D artists throughout post-production.

● Review cuts and provide clear, actionable and consolidated feedback.

● Track projects through multiple rounds of edits until final delivery.





● Ensure final outputs meet the approved creative direction, brand guidelines and platform requirements.

● Coordinate with internal creative, marketing and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

● Maintain production trackers, documentation, assets and handover processes.

● Manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

● Contribute to building and improving production workflows and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3–5+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, branded content, digital video or

D2C content production.

● Strong hands-on experience in video production and on-set execution.

● Ability to independently direct and manage shoots.

● Strong understanding of camera, lighting, framing, composition and basic cinematography.

● Strong production planning and execution skills.

● Good understanding of post-production workflows.

● Ability to work effectively with DOPs, talent, art, production and post-production teams.

● Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

● Experience managing external vendors, production houses and freelancers.

● Mandatory working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.

● Ability to understand and review edits, motion graphics and design assets.

● Strong organisational and project-management skills.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of a production from brief to final delivery and is comfortable being hands-on at every stage. You should be able to step onto a set, understand what needs to be achieved, work with the DOP and production team, direct talent, solve problems and ensure that the required output is captured within the available time and resources.
