Role Description The Creative Operations Intern role is an in office internship position based in Raipur. The intern will support the creative and operations teams by coordinating project tasks, organizing assets, and maintaining content calendars. Day-to-day activities include assisting with brainstorming sessions, helping shape creative briefs, and ensuring that branding guidelines are followed across all deliverables.

The intern will also contribute to writing and editing marketing content, tracking project progress, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.



This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to agency workflows and collaborative creative processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Creativity Skills and contribute to idea generation and concept development.
- Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Understanding of Creative Strategy and Branding, with interest in developing cohesive brand narratives.
- Competence in Writing for marketing, social media, and other content formats.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Raipur.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or MS Office); familiarity with design or project management tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in marketing, communications, design, media, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.
