Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and vision across client campaigns. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing creative content and marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and providing direction and mentorship to the creative team. The ideal candidate should bring strong creative thinking, leadership skills, and an interest in emerging creative technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative strategy and vision for clients’ marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new campaigns.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, and more.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of our brand across all marketing materials.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior members of the creative team.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new creative technologies and techniques to maximize impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, copywriting and branding.
- Strong knowledge of Video Production.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
