About the Role
DIGI MART is looking for a creative, energetic and digitally curious person to join our team and help build our brand presence across social media and online platforms.
This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or entry-level designer who enjoys creating posters, videos, social media content and exploring new AI-powered creative tools.
You will work closely with our team to create engaging campaigns for products, offers, festivals and brand promotions.
What You’ll Do
- * Design creative social media posts, promotional posters, banners and marketing creatives
- * Create Instagram/Facebook posts, Stories, Reels and short promotional videos
- * Develop creative concepts for festivals, product launches, offers and brand campaigns
- * Use AI tools to generate creative ideas, visuals, copy and marketing concepts
- * Manage and publish content across major social media platforms
- * Maintain and update Google Business Profile / Google Business presence
- * Coordinate basic online promotions and digital campaigns
- * Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats
- * Explore new AI and digital design tools to improve the quality and speed of content creation
- * Maintain consistency in DIGI MART’s branding and visual identity
- * Stay updated with current social media trends, creative formats and digital marketing trends
Skills We’re Looking For
Design
- * Good understanding of graphic design, composition, typography and colours
- * Ability to create clean, attractive and professional designs
- * Basic knowledge of Canva
- * Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or similar tools is an advantage
AI & Digital Tools
- * Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI-powered creative tools
- * Willingness to learn current AI design and video-generation tools
- * Ability to use AI creatively rather than simply using ready-made templates
Video
- * Basic ability to create and edit short-form videos/Reels
- * Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar is an advantage
Social Media
- * Understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other major social platforms
- * Awareness of current social media trends and content formats
- * Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, engagement and content planning

Freshers Are Welcome Freshers with a strong portfolio and genuine interest in design and digital content are encouraged to apply.
A degree or formal qualification is not the most important factor. We are more interested in your creativity, design sense, portfolio and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- * Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing or related fields
- * Portfolio of personal, academic, freelance or previous creative work
- * Experience creating social media content is an advantage
