Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Creative Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our Brand Communications Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for visual design, creativity, and brand consistency, with the ability to develop engaging designs for digital, social media, marketing, and corporate communication requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling content that effectively communicates the organization's brand identity, campaigns, programmes, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
- Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual themes in line with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate and work with the concerned departments.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, colours, and visual communication across all materials.
- Create graphics and visual assets for events, student activities, institutional programmes, celebrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt creative designs into multiple formats and sizes based on platform requirements.




- Support the development of campaign creatives and promotional materials for new programmes, admissions, events, and institutional initiatives.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all creative outputs are delivered within the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media creative trends, and digital content formats.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, source files, and other creative assets systematically.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign – added advantage
- Canva
- Strong understanding of social media design requirements and digital content formats.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually effective designs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.





Preferred Experience Candidates with 2+ years of relevant professional experience in any of the following areas are preferred:

- Digital marketing agencies
- Educational institutions
- Branding and creative agencies
- Advertising agencies
- Social media and digital content production

Experience in designing creatives for educational brands, digital campaigns, admissions promotions, events, or institutional communication will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant professional experience and a strong creative portfolio will also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design capabilities, particularly in:

- Social media creatives
- Branding and marketing materials
- Digital campaigns
- Event creatives
- Posters and promotional materials
- Corporate communication designs

Experience Requirement Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in digital marketing, educational content, branding, social media design, or advertising will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
