About the Role

Big7 Solutions is looking for a Creative Designer with a strong eye for visual design and a passion for creating engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, with the ability to turn ideas and concepts into creative visual content.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital video content.
- Create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on project requirements.
- Adapt designs and videos for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colours, layouts, and visual style.
- Work on multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop effective visual campaigns.
- Take feedback and make revisions while maintaining the overall creative direction.
- Stay updated with current design, video, and social media trends.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, visual design, or a related field.




- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar video editing and motion graphics tools.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Understanding of video editing, transitions, pacing, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Figma, CapCut, or Filmora is an advantage.
- Robust creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable designer who can work across both static and video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable experimenting with different visual styles and have a strong understanding of digital content and social media design.

A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, video editing, and motion graphics will be highly valued.

Qualification A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with strong practical experience and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
