Role Description The Creative Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry, India.

The Creative

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, web assets, social media creatives, and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, translating brand guidelines into engaging visuals, and ensuring consistency across all design outputs. The role involves creating and refining graphics, preparing files for production, iterating on feedback, and staying current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of work.

Qualifications





- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills for digital and print assets.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, video editing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Branding and visual identity development across multiple platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Web Design principles, layouts, and user-centric interfaces.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and prior work in digital marketing or branding is required.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut, or Filmora.
