- Ensure schedules are properly coordinated and free from conflicts or overlaps.

- Make necessary timetable adjustments based on faculty availability and student requirements.

1. Faculty &
- Resource Management

- Coordinate with faculty members to confirm availability and teaching schedules.

- Allocate faculty to classes based on subject expertise, availability, and workload.

- Ensure classrooms, studios, and other academic resources are arranged and available for each session.

- Monitor resource utilization and address any scheduling-related requirements.

1. Communication &
- Notifications

- Communicate schedule updates and changes to faculty members and academic coordinators in a timely manner.

- Inform relevant departments about changes in classroom allocation,



timings, or session schedules.

- Identify and resolve scheduling issues proactively to ensure smooth academic operations.

1. Attendance Monitoring &
- Policy Compliance

- Monitor class attendance and identify discrepancies or irregularities.

- Ensure classes are conducted according to the approved academic calendar and institutional policies.

- Maintain accurate and updated attendance records.

- Support faculty members in complying with attendance and academic requirements.

1. Rescheduling &
- Cancellations

- Handle last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and faculty unavailability efficiently.

- Coordinate substitute faculty members whenever
