Role Description The CPL Ground Instructor role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The CPL Ground Instructor will deliver classroom-based instruction for Commercial Pilot License (CPL) ground subjects, including aviation regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, using approved training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to students.

The instructor will monitor student progress, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with relevant aviation authority standards. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the training curriculum,



supporting students with exam preparation, and fostering a safe, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

- CPL or higher pilot qualification, with valid and current licenses and ratings as required by relevant aviation authorities.
- Proven experience in ground instruction or flight training, preferably in CPL theory subjects.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, navigation, meteorology, human factors, and aircraft performance.
- Effective classroom management and training delivery skills, including lesson planning and use of instructional aids.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to mentor and guide students, providing structured feedback and support for exam readiness.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining student records, schedules, and training documentation.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms used in training environments.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and upholding high training standards.
- Previous experience in an aviation academy or training organization in India is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in aviation, aeronautical science, or related field is preferred.
