Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the sales counter. Understand customer requirements and help them select suitable products. Explain product details, prices, and available offers. Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
Process orders and coordinate with the team for billing and product delivery. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products at the counter. Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
