We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive with prior garment showroom sales experience to handle customer interactions and sales activities in a retail showroom environment. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing styling and product information, managing counter operations, and maintaining a positive showroom experience. Candidates with solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience in garment or fashion retail sales are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable menswear and garment products based on their requirements, preferences, occasion, size, fit, and budget.
- Provide clear information about fabric, size, fit, product features, pricing, and styling options to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Handle counter sales and customer service, including product presentation, customer queries, billing support, and coordination during the sales process.
- Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation, ensuring garments are arranged neatly and the sales area remains organized and customer-friendly.
- Conduct customer follow-ups where required, understand customer preferences, and support repeat sales and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with the showroom team regarding stock availability, product requirements, customer requests, and day-to-day retail sales operations.

Requirements





- Prior experience in garment showroom sales, fashion retail, apparel sales, or counter sales is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product suggestions.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Energetic, confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers in a showroom environment.
- Basic understanding of garment products, sizing, fabric, fit, and fashion retail will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling in-store sales, customer queries, billing support, and showroom operations.

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability for the role.
