Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Display and explain jewellery designs, collections, materials, and product features.
- Provide accurate information regarding gold, diamond, silver, gemstone, and other jewellery products.
- Handle customer queries regarding price, weight, purity, making charges, wastage, discounts, and applicable taxes as per company policy.
- Demonstrate products professionally and help customers select suitable jewellery.
- Achieve assigned individual and store sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with billing, order booking, exchange, repair,



and other customer-service processes where required.
- Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the inventory, billing, accounts, and management teams when required.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Follow company policies related to customer service, sales, security, and jewellery handling.
- Stay updated on new jewellery designs, collections, offers, and market trends.

- Good knowledge of jewellery products and basic understanding of gold/diamond terminology.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Good numerical and basic calculation skills.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
