We're looking for a friendly, reliable Counter Sales Associate to serve as the face of our shop — taking orders, preparing items, handling payments, and creating a great experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or register
- Prepare and serve drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash and card transactions, process refunds, and balance the till at shift end
- Maintain a clean, organized counter and workstation, following health and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed and flag low inventory to management
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints politely or escalate to a supervisor when needed
- Work efficiently during peak hours to keep wait times low
Requirements
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced workplace
