We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cosmetics & Surgical Sales Executive to join our team at Relief Medicals. The role involves sales and customer support for cosmetic, personal care, medical, surgical, and healthcare products while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of cosmetics, skincare, personal care, surgical, medical, and healthcare products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Provide accurate product information, including usage and features.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and periodic sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote new products, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure products are well organized.
- Monitor stock availability, product movement, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with the inventory and pharmacy teams for stock requirements.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and report them to management.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve product-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports when required.
- Support branch sales activities and promotional events.
- Follow company policies and applicable requirements for handling healthcare and surgical products.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in cosmetics, surgical, medical, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or retail sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cosmetic and healthcare products.
- Robust communication and customer-service skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience 0–3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
