Overall Responsibilities

This is a cross-industry role within Accenture Finance RP Growth and Strategy team.

Responsibilities will include executing various internal and external projects that contribute to Accenture’s revenue and margin growth such as:

- Activate and execute Finance strategy, working closely with Growth & Strategy Lead and Reinvention Partner Lead
- Strategic Analyst relations: Improved strategic positioning and analyst relationship management
- Incubate and grow new or adjacent business ideas
- Key interface for Finance RP and Product teams
- Market research and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives




- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Prepare strategic plans and progress reports to senior management
- Establish and leverage internal and external networks (e.g. Analysts) to stay on top of the latest and greatest tools, frameworks, practices and solutions within Accenture and for competition
- Work closely with leadership team to refine existing offerings and solutions and define new ones

Qualifications

- MBA Finance or CA preferred
- Proven Experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Consulting or Operations
- 15+ years of total experience, 5+ years of relevant experience
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate and growth strategy preferable - strategy design and execution experience, preferably in IT/ITes/BPO firm
- Management consulting experience preferred, not necessary
- Preferable to have Finance digital transformation experience in a global enterprise
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders (internal or client) on strategic thinking and execution

Other Requirements

- Must be able and flexible to work across time-zones, if required
- Limited travel required
