Pink City Fincap Private Limited is looking for an experienced HRBP / Corporate HR professional to join our growing team.

Location: Mumbai / Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Industry: NBFC mandatory | Banking background preferred

Working: 6 days a week

Compensation: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers on HR matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions
- Handle employee grievances, employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement, retention and HR initiatives
- Manage performance management and employee lifecycle processes
- Support manpower planning and organisation development
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and compliance
- Work closely with leadership on people-related decisions and initiatives
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, transfers,



exits and other employee lifecycle activities
- Analyse HR trends and provide actionable insights to management

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an NBFC

Candidates from Banking / Financial Services with relevant HRBP experience may also apply

Robust experience in recruitment and employee relations

Good stakeholder and people-management skills

Strong communication, problem-solving and execution abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment
