Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Lead

Job Summary The Corporate Partnerships Lead will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, insurance companies, and organizations to drive patient referrals and revenue growth for the hospital. The role focuses on expanding the hospital’s corporate network and strengthening long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current corporate partnerships with companies, organizations, and institutions.

Build relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, and insurance partners for healthcare tie-ups.

Promote corporate eye health programs, annual health check-ups, and vision screening camps.

Manage and expand relationships with existing corporate clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to organize corporate health camps, awareness sessions, and CSR activities.

Negotiate corporate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Track partnership performance and generate revenue through corporate collaborations.





Maintain a database of corporate clients and ensure regular follow-ups.

Represent the hospital at corporate meetings, networking events, and healthcare conferences.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate programs.

Required Skills

Strong corporate relationship management and networking skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships

Strong understanding of corporate healthcare tie-ups and B2B sales

Good presentation and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field MBA preferred

Experience

4–8 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or hospital marketing

Experience in healthcare or hospital industry preferred

Number of corporate tie-ups signed

Revenue generated from corporate partnerships

Number of health camps and corporate events conducted
