Corporate HR Manager – Internal Hiring & HR Operations

About the Role

Help build the team behind Avanciers’ North American staffing business. We’re looking for a hands-on HR skilled who enjoys hiring recruiters, account managers, sales professionals, and leaders while building effective HR processes. Hiring comes first: approximately 70% of your time will focus on internal recruitment. You’ll also own essential HR operations, with a planned HR Executive hire within six months to support day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities

- Own internal hiring from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and joining.
- Partner with leadership on hiring priorities and build pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and professional networks.
- Drive onboarding, probation reviews, employee engagement, and retention.
- Implement practical HR policies and handle employee concerns fairly and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate attendance,



payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate POSH processes and applicable PF, ESI, gratuity, and Uttar Pradesh Shops & Establishments compliance with finance and external advisers.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of HR experience in US IT staffing, ideally after starting as a recruiter.

Required Skills

- A proven record of hiring internal recruiters, account managers, sales professionals, and managers.
- A strong understanding of staffing targets, recruiter challenges, and North American business expectations.
- Experience in HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and retention.
- Strong communication, ownership, and follow-through, with availability for a hybrid US/night-shift role in Noida.
