About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Tally and day-to-day finance & accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience , preferably from a Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, lending, or financial-services organisation , with strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, statutory compliances, vendor management and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations using Tally .
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries accurately.
- Handle bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense bills and payment requests .
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for all financial transactions.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related data .
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification, expense approvals and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing activities , ledger scrutiny and outstanding analysis.
- Track and reconcile bank transactions,



payment gateways and other financial collections , wherever applicable.
- Support management with finance-related reports, MIS and data analysis.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance processes, controls and documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in Fintech / BFSI / NBFC / Lending / Financial Services is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping .
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS .
- Solid experience in bank and ledger reconciliation .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
