We are looking for an experienced CRGO Core Assembly / Core Building Professional to strengthen our Production Team for execution of Domestic &

- Export Orders.

Key Requirements

* Hands-on experience in CRGO Core Assembly / Core Building

- Experience in Distribution &
- Power Transformer Cores
- Strong knowledge of Step-Lap Core Assembly, Stacking &
- Clamping
- Ability to understand Core Drawings, BOM &
- Customer Specifications

- Knowledge of dimensional control, stack height, window dimensions & core weight




- Proper handling of CRGO laminations to avoid damage and deterioration

* Ability to manage manpower, productivity, quality & production schedules

- Coordination with Planning, Quality, Cutting/CTL, Packing &
- Dispatch teams
- Capability to independently execute Domestic &
- Export Orders within committed timelines

* Focus on Quality, Safety, 5S, minimum rejection & on-time delivery ? *Preference will be given to candidates having solid hands-on experience in Power Transformer Core Assembly.
