Role Summary The Copilot Studio Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and governing enterprise-grade AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, and related Microsoft technologies. The role works closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to define AI strategies and implement scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

- Define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops and convert business requirements into AI-powered solution architectures.
- Design enterprise-scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and multi-agent ecosystems.
- Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.

AI Agent Design & Development Oversight
- Architect intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Define agent orchestration, conversation flows, prompts, actions, plugins, connectors, and knowledge sources.
- Guide development teams in implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs and deployment strategies.

Enterprise Integration
- Design integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and custom enterprise applications.
- Define API management and authentication strategies using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Architect integrations leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform connectors.

Business Consulting & Innovation




- Advise customers on AI adoption roadmaps and business transformation opportunities.
- Develop AI use cases, proof of concepts, and MVPs.
- Conduct executive and customer workshops.
- Drive innovation using Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft AI technologies.

Delivery Leadership
- Lead architecture reviews and technical governance.
- Mentor architects, developers, and consultants.
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, solution estimation, and proposal development.
- Own technical delivery quality and solution outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 11+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
- Experience in enterprise integration and cloud architecture.
