JOB DESCRIPTION

JobTitle: Coordinator- Enrichment Programme

Department: Administrative

Reports to: Student Life and Enrichment Lead

Role: The Coordinator - Enrichment Programmes support the day‑to‑day delivery of enrichment activities across the school. The role focuses on hands‑on coordination and on‑ground support to ensure activities run smoothly and students have a positive experience beyond the classroom.

The post holder plays a key supporting role in programme delivery, communication, and overall administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Administrative & Operational Support

- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for Student Life and Enrichment activities

- Maintain accurate records, registers, permissions, and participation data

- Support the preparation and upkeep of calendars, schedules, and activity plans

- Assist and support with documentation.

2. Coordination & Logistics

Support logistical arrangements for enrichment activities, events, and trips, including:

- Room bookings

- Transport coordination

- Equipment and resource requests

- Staff duty schedules (as directed)

- Assist with room preparation, equipment setup, and resource distribution

- Support supervision and movement of students between activities

- Help ensure clear signposting and smooth transitions during events and programmes

3. Communication & Information Management

- Support communication with students, staff, and families regarding enrichment activities

- Assist with drafting and sharing notices, schedules, and event information

- Respond to routine queries related to Student Life and Enrichment

- Maintain digital platforms, trackers, and shared folders related to enrichment provision

4. Data Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain accurate data related to attendance, participation, and engagement

- Support the preparation of summaries or reports for review by line managers





- Ensure timely updates to internal trackers and systems

5. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Student Life & Experience Manager and Student Life Administrators.

- Liaise with academic, pastoral, and operations teams as required

- Provide administrative support for meetings, including agendas and minutes when needed

6. Professional Responsibilities

- Uphold all school policies, safeguarding requirements, and data protection standards

- Attend meetings, events, and training sessions as required

- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

- Undertake additional administrative duties appropriate to the role, as directed

7. Cross Departmental Support

- Adapt quickly to different team dynamics and administrative needs while maintaining consistency and professionalism.

- The position holder may be moved to other offices or divisions on a need basis, depending on operational requirements and priorities.

Experience:





- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination support role

- Strong tech skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication and willingness to learn

- Competence in using data, student voice, and feedback to monitor impact, improve delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
