The Copilot Adoption Engineer will play a key role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Training & Enablement - Assist in developing and delivering training sessions, demos, and onboarding programs for Copilot users.
- Create user-friendly guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to enhance adoption.
- User Support & Engagement - Provide first-level support for Copilot-related queries and troubleshoot common issues.
- Collect feedback from users to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
- Adoption Monitoring - Track usage metrics and prepare reports on adoption progress.
- Collaborate with teams to increase engagement and optimize Copilot features.
- Content Creation - Develop best-practice documentation and case studies showcasing Copilot benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI tools, digital transformation, and productivity solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
