Key Responsibilities:

- Programming: Develop and debug PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens.

- System Design: Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and safety circuit designs using CAD software.

- Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and startup of new automated machinery.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, software, and mechanical integration issues on the factory floor.

- Upgrades: Identify opportunities to upgrade legacy systems to up-to-date automation standards.

Required Qualifications:-

- Education: Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

- Experience:



2–5+ years of experience working as a controls or automation engineer in an industrial environment.

- PLC Knowledge: Proficient with major PLC platforms (Siemens, Omron,).

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, Modbus) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

- Problem Solving: Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Preferred Skills:-

- Experience with SCADA systems

- Familiarity with industrial robotics FANUC, KUKA, ABB).

- Knowledge of machine safety standards (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)
