Role Description The Organic and Internal Control System Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sidhpur. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing organic certification systems and internal control procedures across sourcing, processing, and export operations. The manager monitors compliance with organic, food safety, and quality standards; conducts internal audits; and maintains documentation required for certifications and regulatory authorities.

Daily activities include coordinating with procurement and production teams, training staff on organic and quality protocols, tracking corrective actions,



and reporting system performance to senior management. The role also involves continuous improvement of control systems, risk assessment, and collaboration with external auditors and certification bodies to ensure sustained compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Process Control and Control Systems Design for managing and optimizing internal control frameworks.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Electrical Engineering and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for overseeing and troubleshooting automated systems where relevant.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and monitor organic and quality initiatives across departments.
- Robust understanding of food safety, quality management systems, and organic standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, organic certification schemes).
- Experience in agro-commodities, food processing, or pharmaceutical ingredients is highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a systematic work approach.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills, including the ability to train and guide cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality or organic standards are an advantage.
