- Own the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, including patterns for hardening, governance, and platform standards.
- Guide and review the offshore engineers' agent builds; set technical direction and the quality bar.
- Front-end technical discussions with Matson leadership and technical teams; act as the trusted onsite point of continuity.
- Ensure the platform architecture is cloud-sound and integrates cleanly with the customer's environment.
Primary Skills
- Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
- Cloud architect background with, at minimum, Azure application architecture experience (AWS experience a strong plus).
- Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work independently onsite.
