Role Description The Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing end-to-end contract management for real estate and construction projects. This role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure alignment with company standards and legal requirements.

The Contract

Manager will monitor contract performance, manage renewals and amendments, track deliverables, and address deviations or disputes in coordination with legal and project teams. They will maintain accurate contract records, support budgeting and cost control through contract analysis,



and provide guidance on risk management and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves close collaboration with project management, finance, procurement, and leadership to support timely project execution and protect the organization’s commercial interests.

Qualifications

- Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret legal and commercial terms clearly.
- Experience in contract administration, including performance tracking, renewals, amendments, and documentation control.
- Knowledge of real estate and construction industry practices, including vendor management and project coordination.
- Familiarity with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles relevant to property development.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, contract management software) and maintaining organized records.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
